TrustCert LLC is a Colorado limited liability company, formed in January 2025. trustcert.ai is its product: a self-serve platform that answers product-compliance and certification questions against published regulation, available on monthly plans from a free tier upward.

The platform has run in production on Google Cloud since June 2026. Anyone can create an account and use it directly; there is no sales process between a question and an answer.

A question is asked in plain language — a product, a market, and what needs to happen before it can be sold there. The platform classifies the product, retrieves the regulatory requirements that apply to it, and answers with the documents it drew on shown alongside.

Coverage spans 78 regulatory domains, from telecom and electrical safety through chemicals, batteries, medical devices, data privacy and AI governance. Test reports, datasheets, label artwork and bills of materials can be read in the same turn as the question.

Answers are not written from a language model’s recollection of regulation. They are grounded in a curated corpus of requirements and a registry of certification authorities, and only official sources are ever cited — the regulator and its portal, accredited laboratories, certification bodies, and recognised standards organisations.

When the corpus holds nothing for a market, the platform says so rather than answering from memory, and runs live research against the regulator’s own publications. What that research finds is read by two independent extractors; where they disagree, a third model arbitrates before anything is recorded. Requirements carry the instrument they come from, and are re-checked on a schedule so that superseded rules are replaced rather than quietly served.

The platform is informational research software. It is not legal advice, and requirements should be confirmed with the relevant authority before being acted on.
